We ordered food on the evening of 15 Feb at 19h48. the girl on the phone told us it will take 1 hour. After one hour, we called back and she said it will be there in 5 minutes, then 30 minutes later still nothing so we called again, this time she said in 10 minutes. We wanted to cancel but someone else grab the phone and say he was sorry but the delivery is on his way and should'n be too long. Food arrive at 21h45.
then, between 1h30-2h00AM someone came and kick the door very strongly like they wanted to breaking in. This scared our little daughter very much. The Kyte delivery service were very kind and respectful but not the people from your restaurant (the girl who took the order especially) so I wonder whose the coward jerk who did ??
